Originally from Maine Kailey’s studies brought her to Colorado where she received a Bachelor's degree in Adventure Education and minor in psychology at Fort Lewis College. Over the last decade Kailey has worked as a guide and educator, Kailey’s passion for backcountry skiing and
mountaineering has taken her across North America. Kailey has dedicated her personal and professional goals toward making a life and career out of being in the mountains. Through her work as guide and educator Kailey is committed to creating representation and space for other women to be a part of the outdoor winter community.
Kailey has worked as a guide in Wyoming,Alaska, Washington, California, and Colorado. Kailey’s training and certification includes: AMGA
Apprentice Ski Guide, AAI Avalanche Pro 2, AIARE Course leader Wilderness First Responder and Leave No trace Master Educator
